Attachment button disappears when clicking the icon when commenting during issue transition/comment

Hi Team,

We are on the Data Center 9.9.2 version.

The attachment button disappears when clicking the "Attachment" icon commenting during the issue transition or comment.

Is there any bug in the DC 9.9.2 version?

Please find the attached screenshots for your reference before the attachment and click on the attachment option.

Yes, there is the open bug https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRASERVER-74910 that affects Jira 9.9.x versions. You might want to watch it and click "This affects my team" to increase the bug visibility.
