How to buy build minutes when in free plan ( 2023 )

Hi guys,!

How do you buy extra build minutes when in free plan. I have read all the information that the internet can offer, but I can't just find a way to buy extra build minutes, it's either have been removed intentionally and have been failed to be documented somehow.

Been trying to reach out the support and putting comments on other forums and questions, but I haven't been replied nor have been entertained for my issue. I did have this going on since July 23rd, 2023. And I can't find any concrete information on the internet as well, so I now create this question for all the lads confused as well

Thank you for answering my question, I just got back to bitbucket from way back years ago, I thought it was still the same in terms of the build minutes on where you buy only extras.

So it now changed to "automatically billed"  whenever you exceed every 1k build minutes

Some Atlassian documentation still says that you can still buy extra build minutes but doesn't mention about overage, I guess some documentation ( or forum answers I think ) needs to be updated as well.

Hi Josel and welcome to the community!

Right below the table in the screenshot, there is a link Add overage:

If you select that, you will get asked to provide credit card info and then the new plan of the workspace will be Free with Overage Coverage.

If you then exceed the build minutes that come with the Free plan, we will add 1,000 build min to that workspace for that billing period for $10. If you exceed these minutes as well during the same billing period, we will add another 1,000 build min to that workspace for that billing period for an additional $10, etc.

You can't buy extra build minutes, but the flow is that you enter your credit card information and let Atlassian charge it if you exceed the free build minutes. We are using it, and it works.
