I have two private repositories, one of which has only me as a member, but when I try to push code to this repository it still prompts "remote: [ALERT] Your push failed because the account 'peasantspring' has exceeded itsremote: [ALERT] user limit and this repository is restricted to read-only access.remote: [ALERT] To restore write access, ask an account administrator to upgrade their plan.remote: [ALERT] For more info:remote: [ALERT] https://confluence.atlassian.com/x/MAFgDQremote: ********************************************************************************fatal: unable to access 'https://bitbucket.org/peasantspring/test.git/': The requested URL returned error: 402"

Hello @周嘉钰 ,
just adding to @Ollie Guan response, as announced in our Blog post , Bitbucket cloud has changed our billing model. In this new model, any user that is a member of a workspace, regardless of their content access is counted towards the billable users.
If you need to reduce number of users within your workspace, please go to
Workspace Settings > User Directory > use action under Activity row to remove any users that no longer need to be part of a workspace.
For workspaces on Free plan, your number of workspace members should not exceed 5.
Alternatively, you may upgrade your plan to a paid plan to be able to collaborate with a larger number of teammates. For more information please refer to Manage your plan and billing | Bitbucket Cloud | Atlassian Support.
Note: I've edited the description of your question to remove the workspaceID in order to protect your privacy, as this is a public forum.
Thank you, @周嘉钰 !
