Not all, but more than enough users are no longer getting email notifications on pull requests

Question

I have had some reports from more than 5+ users - that they are no longer getting email notifications from Bitbucket or Jira. When I look at our Exchange server, I see some emails for other users but not those 5+(I think there are more; I just need to identify them all). What could be the issue? No changes were made on our Atlassian side.

Hi @Syahrul - Thanks for checking in. It looks like there was an issue with your mail server, as most of the email we sent was bounced back with the following error:

550 Mailbox does not exist!

I highly recommend you check with your mail server team on why this happens.

That said, I have unsupressed your whole domain, so it should no longer put your team domain in our impression list.
