We are upgrading from server to Data Center and we have data center licenses.

We get the data center license entered and we get this message.

This app has a Data Center license, but the installed version is not Data Center compatible.

Will this message go away when we get to the final step of updating Jira server to data center?

I suppose you are getting this license incompatibility error for an app, aren't you? If that's the case, do you also have a Data Center license for the app? Because you need to have DC license per apps as well as the Jira itself.
