Cannot access to user profiles

Question

I am admin of my team and neither me nor my teammates cannot click the user to get access to user profile and see the statistics and progress, just like github (even JIRA supports this).

Spent a lot of time by checking the permission/settings... didn't have a clue why we cannot do this ...

Ash Yadav · Answer

No problem,

I don't believe there is anything out of the box to enable this, possibly a 3rd party add-on on the Atlassian Marketplace but I wouldn't be able to recommend any from the top of my head.

KR,

Ash

Thanks Ash, any bitbucket product supports this? and what upgrade do we need if so?

Ash Yadav · Answer

Hi @Yunliang Jiang welcome to the Atlassian Community!

I don't believe this is currently supported in Cloud, but it is being reviewed.

See below:

https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/BCLOUD-21455

Hope this helps,

Ash
