Request to change user format

Question

In Korea, we display the last name before first name.

I found following documents to change user format.

But I couldn't find the configuration page in OnDemand service.

Could you change the user format as ${last name} ${fist name}?

I don't know why there was no notification for your answer. 
Anyway, do you mean that there is a way to use custom user format with velocity templates in a OnDemand instance?

Regading the Plugin Installation on OnDemand service:
You cannot install new plugins nor remove existing plugins as per the Atlassian OnDemand Plugin Policy.

And regarding the user format, i think to identify the velocity templates which renders the user name display and change the order. Most probably it will be more than one file.
