Hello

Is it possible to merge two 250 user Jira standalone server licenses to one 500 user license
with a new license key for a server of one of the two licenses? We don't need service - end of service is next year.

We can't move from Jira standalone server to cloud because we have a secure closed network!

You can no longer upgrade or downgrade your user tiers for Server.

The only possibility to change user tier is to move to Data Center or Cloud (recommended).
