Kindly help me with shortcut key for start issue and close issue
Hi @Hari Prasad ,Welcome to the Atlassian Community.
In Jira you can click on the question mark icon at the top right, after which you will be given the choice of Keyboard shortcuts. Here you will find all shortcuts that can be used in Jira, including c for creating an issue and d for changing the status.
