How can I set up Jira hubspot Integration for customers without allowing them have access to my internal Jira page/account?
Hi @ena.egbe
There are so many approaches for integrating Jira Service Management with HubSpot.
What would you like to do, what's the user journey?
Would you like your customers to be able to create tickets in JSM from your website?
I want my customers to be able to create tickets from hubspot but with no access to my jira account
What kind of access do customers have to HubSpot? Do they actually log into your production environment?
In other words, I guess you'd have to explain what's the definition of a customer in your case. Are you a marketing agency providing managed HubSpot for them?
If you want your customers to see Jira data in HubSpot without giving them access to your internal Jira, there are a few things to think about first:
Because Jira and HubSpot store data differently, building this manually can get tricky — custom fields, attachments, history, and relationships can easily break or get lost.
In your case, you may consider OpsHub Integration Manager (OIM), an enterprise -grade integration tool and an Atlassian Partner for it
All this without writing a line of code
Here is the documentation you might want to refer to for HubSpot and Jira integration with OIM.

@ena.egbe, What exactly do you want to present customers?
@ena.egbe , hi. Yes—you can connect HubSpot to Jira without giving customers access to your internal Jira site. How to set it up safely (quick and clear):
Keep customers in HubSpot. Install HubSpot’s Jira integration so your team can create/attach Jira issues from HubSpot tickets and see Jira status/comments right inside HubSpot. If you need field-level sync, use HubSpot’s Data Sync to map tickets ↔ issues. Customers never need a Jira login.
(Optional) Offer a portal, not your projects. If you use Jira Service Management, add customers as portal-only users so they can raise requests in the help center—but they can’t see your Jira site or internal projects. You control who can access the portal.
Lock down Jira access. Run the connection through a least-privilege Jira user scoped to just the support project (via permission schemes). That keeps everything else invisible.
