I get the following error message when launching Jira following the installation:
Cannot change ComponentManager status from NOT_STARTED to PLUGINSYSTEM_STARTED

You need to investigate the JIRA log files from <JIRA_INSTALL>/logs or <JIRA_HOME>/log to get a good clue about your problem.
