Bitbucket Branch Source plugin Jenkins giving 500 Status Code

Question

We are using Bitbucket Source Plugin installed on my Jenkins instance and created Multi Branch Configurations.

Configured as per the documentation.

Step 1 :  Configured or enabled Webhooks in manage jenkins

Step 2: created multi branch pipeline job and add bitbucket source.

Step 3: add credentials(Apppassword) which created under bitbucket

Step 4: Added owner(username) then pressed tab which is unable to load repositories and throwing 500 internale error.

Exception from jenkins logs:

if so, could you please share what you have done to get it sorted?

I have same behaviour in my Jenkins server.

Looking at this behavior it seems that your Jenkins instance is rejecting the changes and it replies with a HTTP 500 error.

Unfortunately we at Atlassian are not familiar with Jenkins or its plugins as it wasn't developed by us. As a suggestion I'd like to recommend you to reach out to Jenkins Support for this behavior.
