How to map t-shirt size custom field to Estimation?

I am wanting to create a custom field, t-shirt size, and have that mapped to the Estimate Field. Ideally, I would like this when the t-shirt size is triggered. 

Create a task> it is required to enter t-shirt size> that size (equated with an estimated number) is then shown on the estimate field 

s = 1 day

m = 3 days

l = 5 days

etc...

 

I am sure this can be done with Automation, but I do not have automation set up.

@Jason Chayer You could have an automation event fire that could populate the estimation field.  That is the only way I know of that you could use the delivered product to get what you are looking for.  You could use an app like ScriptRunner that could be triggered off of the field.
