Group by not present on company managed board

Question

I have a company-managed work management project. In my sandbox I see the "group-by" option on the board, but not on my production project.

As a result, my board is not populating with issues created by my forms. Anyone know why this might be happening?

Why can't I see issues on the board?

If your project contains customized workflows, you might not be able to see your issues on the board. Here are the two main cases where this can happen.

1: Your project contains issues that have different workflows
