Jira & Outlook integartion

Question

Can we integrate Jira & Outlook without add-ons.?

Souad azoury · Answer

Hello @TN Raju

While directly integrating Jira and Outlook without add-ons isn't possible, Jira Plugin for Outlook - Microsoft Outlook for Jira "Windows" offers a powerful and user-friendly solution. It seamlessly bridges the gap between these platforms, allowing you to:

* Create Jira issues directly from emails, capturing all the essential information automatically.
* View Jira issues details, and perform quick actions, like login work, adding comments, and updating status, all within your Outlook inbox, and many more exciting features.

I've found this to be incredibly beneficial in my workflow,

Hope this can help you!

Probably, but it depends on what you want to do.

What do you want from your "integration"?
