After deinstalation and restart JIRA i have still error Could not find class: de.polscheit.jira.listener.GanttPlanningDatesSync
Your de-installation has removed the Gantt chart add-on, and you have not re-installed it. You've got stuff trying to use it, so you need to remove them, or re-install it. Have a look at the listeners, I think you've got one in there that needs to go if you don't want to use the add-on any more.
