How is it possible to create several queues for 1 project and re-direct tickets to their corresponding queue automatically based on keywords found in the summary, while maintaining a Slack connection? or have multiple projects and move tickets in between automatically based on Summary keywords, while maintaining a Slack connection as well?

Wondering now how can I centralize all the requests that I get from one Slack channel and route them into different queues within 1 project according to keywords found in the Issue Summary field.
