Can I use Bitbucket in China?

We have plan to develop web service for china(development team is in other country). 

We are also going over the Cloud like Alibaba Cloud, Tencent or AWS China.

With Cloud service for china, can we use source code in Bitbucket?

And is there any problem?

Yes, Atlassian Cloud is usable in China.

You may encounter problems with the great firewall though - that can block your access if the government decide to include an Atlassian IP address for some reason.  I don't have numbers, but it does feel like that is happening a lot less often than it used to.

If you sign up from China, it is likely that your system will be created and run from Singapore
