Can we ask that a backup of our projects be performed so that we can simplify these to move them to Greenhopper.

You can use your Backup Manager to get an export of your issues:

1. Navigate to the Backup Manager as follows:
   
   • If your site has multiple OnDemand applications, go to your_username > Administration > Issues > Import & Export > Backup manager.
   • In a JIRA-only site, go to Administration > System > Import & Export > Backup manager.

   • On a subset of instances that have JIRA OnDemand only, the JIRA Backup Manager menu cannot be found on the user interface.

     Workaround: Access the two menus with one of the following URLs.
