How do I create an automation that fills in JWM form fields from a JSM form?

Hey everyone,

Running into a little bit of an issue creating an automation that I'd like to operate when a certain JSM form is filled out; after filling out, a new task will be created in a JWM project with the fields copied, issue linked, and a .pdf of the form attached to the newly created ticket in JWM.

I am getting errors relating to required fields (all of which are custom) on the creation of the new ticket and I'm scratching my head since I have the data fields linked for all these in the JSM form. Any guidance at all would be greatly appreciated. I can add more screenshots of the other forms if needed. Thank you!

The automation error points out that the problem is in the creation of the issue in the JWM project.

Can you verify that in the 'Create issue' action for the JWM project, you are referencing the 'Claim Type' field as well? Are you setting any value for it in this automation rule?

As this field is mandatory for creating issues in the JWM project, then you must fill in some value in it during the Create event. Can you confirm this please?
