Time of administration / Maintenance in operational condition

Hi,

We are studying the implementation of several tools from the Atlassian suite in our company. We would like to estimate the administration time that this will require of our teams annually for about 500 users. This for two types of installation in Cloud mode or in Datacenter mode.

Ideally, we would like to have this detailed working time by module that interests us:
-Jira Software
-Jira Work Management
-Jira Confluence
-Tempo
-Zephyr
