I assumed that it was an Atlassian product...
That is a Confluence instance, which is Atlassian. But you need to explain what uContact is - that is not an Atlassian product, nor is it an app you add to Atlassian.
I suspect uContact is using the Confluence you've given us the URL to as a documentation system, and you have clicked on "help with Confluence" instead of "help with uContact"
