issues where the due date is about to become overdue at 5 PM

I want to create automation for issues where the due date is about to become overdue and an alert is generated to the assigned user and assignee at 5 PM on Email and comment both

Hi Thanks for the link 
But i just want the tasks of current day that are about to become over due.. the JQL string given in this video doesnt help me 
here is the JQL: updated <= startOfDay(-1d) AND statusCategory != Done
can some one edit it so that i get tickets of current day that will get overdue if not resolved and an automated email gets generated at 12 pm everyday.

Need urgent support from Atlassian Fam :)
