Does Jira servicedesk, Opsgenie allow to configure alerts from 3rd party integrations to my agents?

We currently use Opsgenie to SMS oncall staff when there are system issues detected by datadog and Pingdom. Is that functionality still available in the Opsgenie subscription included with Premium JIRA Service Delivery?
