I am trying to link an email inbox to our Jira Service Desk but I'm getting nowhere and now I am getting this error message...
Can anyone help/ Is this an issue at my end or an issue with Jira?

Looks like you're using Cloud version, and try to connect to Microsoft account. So, I think it's not problem of network connectivity of Jira SM.
Mostly common reasons are:
- wrong credentials (login or password)
- wrong protocol
