There are dfferent projects handled by different team members. I am creating a roadmap where I have to include all those projects in a roadmap, so that the projects status can be accessed centrally without disturbing the existing sprints.

Under Plan Settings >> Issue Sources you can add the projects or boards individually for the plan. You can also create a filter that brings everything in.
Note - If you're using a filter, I would recommend making a project board based upon that filter so that the plan can pull in the sprint information as well to enable date roll-ups
