i have a use case * I have created an Epic to track BRD process * My Epic has In review stage * Multiple users can suggest changes in epic multiple times during in review stage * Every time user suggest changes they will have to enter Change reason, modified by modified date * I want to see in the report with number of changes, Change reason, modified by, modified date for each change suggested How do i track these.
