Active user Usage Report

Question

Hi All,

We are attempting to retrieve data from JIRA on each active user who has opened a JIRA under each JIRA Project over the past six months.

I made an effort, but I was unsuccessful in retrieving it. Could someone let me know how to fetch the report.

Hi Ravina,

We are attempting to examine the active users and the JIRA raised by them as we prepare to transition some of the projects to the Jira Service Desk and planning to extend the JSD Licence accordingly.

Hi @Vasanta Kumaar Can you let me know what is the purpose of this details so that it will help to understand your requirement.

You can get the user details from JQL like created = abc@gmail AND created date >= "last six month date"

If you need this details for the users then you need to run the database query to get that details from the "jiraissue" table
