Hi, 

i have a problem with pushing my file to the Bitbucket repository. Here are the logs form my console (i use macOS):

gosia@MacBook-Pro-Malwina repo % git status

On branch master

Your branch is ahead of 'origin/master' by 1 commit.

  (use "git push" to publish your local commits)

 nothing to commit, working tree clean

gosia@MacBook-Pro-Malwina repo % git push origin master

remote: Your credentials lack one or more required privilege scopes.

fatal: unable to access 'https://bitbucket.org/malgorzatasworkspace/bitbucketstationsupplies.git/': The requested URL returned error: 403

i added an ssh public key to my bitbucket account (the label is the same as the file name) and the ssh authentication seems to be working: 

gosia@MacBook-Pro-Malwina ~ % ssh -T git@bitbucket.org

authenticated via ssh key.

You can use git to connect to Bitbucket. Shell access is disabled

I looked up some relevant problems on stackoverflow but nothing has solved the problem so far

Based on the error message you encountered, it appears that you are currently using HTTPS instead of SSH. The error suggests that your password or token does not have sufficient privileges to perform the push operation.

To address this issue, you have two options:

Option 1: Updating HTTPS credentials

1. Access your keychain and search for "bitbucket".
2. Locate the entry related to Bitbucket and update the stored password.
3. Generate a new App Password with the appropriate read/write permissions.
4. Update the App Password in your keychain or remove the existing entry.
5. Re-authenticate using the new App Password.

Option 2: Switching to SSH

1. Check our guide here on how to update HTTPS to SSH connection
2. Once updated, do a git pull to check the connection
