Can you make a column in Table grid Next generation Read-only using script runner

Is it possible to make a column of table Grid Next Generation read-only after a certain status?

To set the field to Read-Only, this can only be done using the Behaviour.

Could you please clarify if you are trying to do this on a Transition screen?
