Me and my team aren'r receiving notifications or reminders

All seems to be ok in our settings, we have doubled checked and tested task reminders. Can someone help?

You can follow two ways:

1. Project Notification: Workflow event triggers an email notification
2. Subscription: User configuration query conditions, timely sending issue report
