Sick Days Balance unit should tie to different schedule hours

Question

Sick Days balance unit should be as per schedule hours, so that if employee applies for 1 day it should deduct that whole day based on schedule.

Example- If schedule is 4 hours then employee should accrue 1 day of 4 hours and if schedule is 6 hours then employee should  accrue 1 day of 6 hours and time away will deduct based on schedule (which is already at place)

OK. This seems to be something you need to take up with your Human Resources Dept. or payroll provider, not Atlassian. This is not the correct forum to address this issue.

@Andy Gladstone This is the client requirement for Canada employees as per their new labor law for sick leave.
