Allow project admin to use api call reserved for jira admin

Hi,

Is there a way to give project admin permission to run api calls reserved for jira admin? I know of oAuth2 but there's a request in our org to allow project admin to run api (such as api/2/issuetypescheme/{schemeid}associations).

No. The API respects the permissions granted to the user.
