SonarQube scan results in Jira release through automation

Hi Team,

I want to automate the SonarQube scan results/Sonar URL in the Jira release version through GitHub actions.

Please let me know if there is anyways to automate adding at least Sonar URL in the Jira releases --> Add workload.

If anyone has a code or suggestions

I noticed there is a ticket around to it. I thought of REST API, but that ticket in the backlog
