Are BitBucket pipeline cache keys functional in self-hosts runners?

Question

The announcement that introduced cache keys back in February 2003 mentioned that support for this with self-hosted runners was yet to be included but being actively worked on.

The documentation on caching doesn't mention whether this is supported with self-hosted runners yet or not.

Can anyone please confirm whether this functionality is pending still or has it been added since Feb?
