Getting 'Error rendering Web Panel' in Xray Test Project

Hello Team,

1) Getting 'Error rendering web panel' error in the xray project when clicked on Testing Board or any other option in the Xray Test Project.

2) Getting 'Authentication request has expired. Try reloading the page.' error while selecting Xray App from the Apps Dropdown in Jira.

Have raised request with the xpandit team as well as Atlassian, but not able to resolve the issue. Need urgent help to resolve it.

Please Note: We have tried all the basic troubleshooting.

We are experiencing the same server error "Error rendering Web Panel"- please assist.

Also can't get logged onto xRay Support.

We are using Jira Cloud - 300 users impacted
