Issue statistics pluging shows the issue numbers differently

Question

We have a Issue staistics pluging that shows results on the  plugins screen and on the detailed view screen differently.

On the plugin screen it shows 136 issues. But when I clikck on the number 136 and it displays the detailed view, there are 134 issues.
