Hi ,
Is there any way we can delete the saved filters of inactive users as we do like bulk edit issues . If anything please let me know.
Regards,Suma
Hi @Suma Kustagi
You have posted the same question here https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-Software-questions/Bulk-delete-saved-filter-for-inactive-user/qaq-p/2293809
Are you working on cloud or on premises? We have to keep only one question.
Hi @Suma Kustagi ,
unfortunately there is no native feature for that. There is an open request https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRASERVER-68433
As workaround you can use Script Runner for JIRA app writing a script (https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-questions/Bulk-Delete-Issues-Using-ScriptRunner/qaq-p/1208809) or using Cli for JIRA app and https://appfire.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/JCLI/pages/70783921/deleteFilter
Hope this helps,
Fabio
BY mistake it got raised for cloud, currently its only Jira server
@Fabio Racobaldo _Catworkx_ was faster on replying! His answer is accurate and I would do what suggested.

Hi, You can try with our new app User Data Clean up
Key features of this app include:
Highly customizable and modular: Configure multiple cleanup rules that can be applied to a single or bulk of users. Maximize control over user-specific data cleansing.
Two-Stage Cleanup: Leaving Day & Permanent: Apply a two-stage cleanup process: deactivate, remove, or transfer specific user data on the leaving day, retain necessary information for traceability, and execute a permanent cleanup.
Preview & Retrospect: Cleanup Control: Before performing cleanup actions for single or multiple users, use the Preview to check all planned actions. Use the Retrospect to check previously cleaned data for specific users.
We believe UDC can save you time and effort, and we’d love for you to give it a try. You can find more details and install our app here. https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1234248/user-data-cleanup-for-jira?hosting=datacenter&tab=overview
