There is a Jira Service Management account that is used to send emails for a crypto scam. They are opening tickets using scrapped emails, which results in an email being sent to the victims with a body of their choice (the text of the ticket, which points to the scam).

How can I report this account?

Forward one of the emails to https://www.atlassian.com/trust/report-abuse; There's no need to write any explanation on it, just forward it unchanged. The code that reads those emails will add the abusive site to the list of sites Atlassian check for abuse automatically. It should be shut down within a couple of days.

Yes, Atlassian stuff does work within GDPR. The abusers do not.

It's a breach of many compliance and regulation laws to allow people to remove themselves from systems, and GDPR allows for that.

Hi @Nic Brough -Adaptavist-, I was added to a project on Jira Service Management today, similar to the original post here regarding a crypto scam. Should I forward only the invite email to https://www.atlassian.com/trust/report-abuse or should I add the project URL as well?

Just send the email, whole, with no edits to https://www.atlassian.com/trust/report-abuse - you can add detail if you want, but there is no need to, the abuse team look at everything.

I'm a Registered Nurse with license valid from February 22, 2023 until December 12, 2026. I visited Japan in November 20, 2019. We rode the Keisei Skyliner Train from Narita Airport to Ueno and Nippori station going to the central Tokyo with my 4 colleagues. I experienced the Japanese culture, people were very kind and very accommodating. I met my new Japanese friend Ms. Ako Shimizu. I told her I will live and work here soon.
