Error when saving a Gliffy Diagram

Hi, when saving a gliffy diagram it returns follwoing error :

"status":500,"error":"javax.persistence.optimisticLockException: Row was updated or deleted by another transaction (or unsaved-value maping was incorrect

what could be the reason ?
