How to give project admins access to the existing Bitbucket project not repository

Hello @adas1 ,

In Bitbucket Cloud, you can currently manage access by adding the users directly to a repository, or by creating a User group, and giving this group access to the desired repositories.

Creating a user group and adding users to it : 

1. Create a new user group by going to the User Groups page of your workspace Settings.
2. Add repositories to the group, so you can define what permissions members of this group will have to each repository.
3.  Add or delete users from the Group.

Granting a user direct access to a repository : 

1. Access the Repository > Repository Settings page, and from the User and group access page, select Add members.

2. Enter the user by name or email address, if they are not already a member of the workspace.

3. Select an access level from the dropdown menu.

4. Select Confirm.
   If you add the email address of someone without an account, that person receives an email prompting him or her to create one. Once the user has Bitbucket access, he or she can access the repository.
