Jira Zendesk integration : Search Issues in jira by referencing Zendesk fields

How can i search for issues in JIRA using the fields that are showed in the Zendesk integration.

Which Zendesk integration are you using? Cloud or On Premise? Legacy or New?

I am also interested in doing this. I have JIRA Server On Premise.
