How to populate a dropdown list while jira issue creation using script runner

I want to populate a drowp down list when created JIRA issue using script runner.

For your requirement, the Behaviour Initialiser would be the best option.

You can refer to this Adaptavist Library Example. 

The sample code shows how to auto-populate the option for the List field using the Behaviour Initialiser.
