How can I automate (Install+config) Atlassian Market Adds-Ons when sand-box is refreshed

Thank you on Viewing my Query,

When the data centre (Sand-Box)is refreshed  add-ons (Atlassian Market) are getting delete. Then we are adding those add-ons manually is there any tool or Process to automate those Add-ons .

There is couple of way, you are not doing it every day so you should just copied the file from 1 server to the other one.

It's more system/infra admin stuff than jira specific stuff.
