How to configure MySQL in Jira.

I have configured the MySQL property in dbconfig.xml &JDNJ file.
After rebuilding using the atlas-debug command getting 503 Service Unavailable.
"atlas-debug" tells me you are creating a test Jira instance for debugging your Marketplace App, configuring it to use mysql, and expecting it to run. As far as I know, this virtual instance wouldn't have the mysql driver pre-installed.
You set up MySQL on the same machine that you're running atlas-debug?
