I'm Sparsh from the research team at Atlassian, and this is a research invite for our Solution Partners.

We're currently running a study on Jira Service Management's Incident Management capabilities. We want to understand how our users make sense of the “services” construct that is available on Jira Service Management, especially in the context of incidents.
