Associating priorities with projects

Hello, this article describes how to assign priorities to different projects, but the system does not have this field in the "Issues" settings section.

Has this setting been removed from the system? Or do I have some display problems?

As @Nic Brough -Adaptavist- Mentioned Priority Scheme is available only in Jira server/DC. On Jira Cloud you will get priority as global.
