Jira Rule to alert notification when asssigned

Hi,

I have two members A & B and I have created a Jira rule whenever ticket gets assigned to either A or B than an email alert is triggered to both of them.

1.) Now the requirement is email alert comes plain but it is required that it should have ticket description which I can fulfill using {{issue.description}}, right?

2.) Secondly it is required that It should have a clickable link for that ticket, what should I use in content filed so that link is sent

3.) whenever either A or B updates the ticket by comments etc. again an email alert should triggerd

2.) No it doesn't comes as clickable url, I think you talking about Jira generated mail that is clickable offcourse but it is sent only to assignee.

I am talking about email which is triggered by rule, it comes this way

3.) Can you give example?and I want this to happen on same ticket, whenever A or B comment anything, mail sent to both

Link will be in the email either way - the "Issue Key " wil be a clickable link per default.

3.) whenever either A or B updates the ticket by comments etc. again an email alert should triggerd

You can create a second rule with a trigger on comment added or issie edited :)
