Time between assignee on issue in SQL query JIRA DB

i need to retrieve the time spent in assignee ,
the time spent with each assigner on issue in SQL Query from Jira DataBase

Just my two cents here, but you could try to do it using the rest api it's seems that it will be easier than a sql querie
