Repository size exceeds limit

Hello!

Bitbucket mentions that the size of the repo is currently 4.58 GB of 4 GB. However, when running the git count-objects -Hv command, it shows me the following output:

count: 0
size: 0 bytes
in-pack: 37012
packs: 1
size-pack: 949.80 MiB
prune-packable: 0
garbage: 0
size-garbage: 0 bytes

I run git gc but it did not help. Tell me, please, what am I doing wrong?

I ran a git gc for the repo that was over the 4 GB limit and its size has been reduced. Could you please check if you can see the updated size on Bitbucket website now?

I'm afraid that it is not possible for users to run a git gc on the remote repo, we have a feature request that you can vote for and add yourself as a watcher if you'd like to get notified via email on updates:
